Wage: up to $24. 00\/hour
Hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 p. m. M-F<\/p>\n

What Will I Be Doing?<\/b>\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
Team member must be able to work and direct personnel in a team-oriented and safety conscious environment. \u00e2\u009cSafety First\u00e2\u009d expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company \/ site safety guidelines and procedures.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Sanitation and cleaning consist of washing down, shoveling, and sweeping, cleaning screens with the aid of respirator.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain adherence to work schedule and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assist in some maintenance, railroad, and groundwork such as (mowing, trimming, landscaping, and snow removal).\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Must have working knowledge and be trained to operate the following: skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand & power tools. Clean screens and wear a respirator.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\u00e2\u009cEffectively\u00e2\u009d communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required by the job\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Perform other work as defined by company and\/or customer.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ensures compliance with all company \/ customer regulations, policies, and procedures.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Communications with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company\u00e2\u0099s goals and objectives\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
