  Leasing Consultant<\/h3>\n

  As a\u00c2\u00a0Leasing Consultant you are the primary point of contact for all prospective residents, and will play a critical role in ensuring all prospective and existing residents feel welcome.<\/p>\n

  Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Greets and tours prospective residents, explain qualifications and\u00c2\u00a0qualify all prospective residents, and prepare and maintain all leasing files.<\/li>\n
  • Understands the community, specials and floor plans and maintains waiting lists of prospective residents; responsible for knowing the status of vacant units; inspection of all pre-leased apartments and securing lease renewals.\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • High School or GED (General Education Diploma)<\/li>\n
    • Previous leasing experience a plus<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset<\/li>\n
    • Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite<\/li>\n
    • Yardi\/Yardi Voyager experience a plus<\/li>\n
    • A valid driver\u00e2\u0099s license may be required<\/li>\n
    • A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude<\/li>\n
    • A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Work Schedule:<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0Will normally work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends; (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property).\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
