Assistant Property Manager<\/h3>\n

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents, including collections of delinquent accounts; posting income and deposits; inspection of apartment homes after move-out; sales and customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments; office management and support.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/h3>\n

\n
• High school diploma\/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred<\/li>\n
• 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service<\/li>\n
• Bookkeeping skills and\/or experience<\/li>\n
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence<\/li>\n
• For South Carolina locations, Property Manager (PM) or Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) license by the South Carolina Real Estate Commissionrequired at hire or by the next professional examination and licensing opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
