We are seeking the right individual who embodies our values of accountability, collaboration, entrepreneurship, commitment, and transparency as well as commitment to great communities.  We need the right Property Manager <\/strong>for our Badger State Lofts.  This property is the conversion of a nearly 100-year-old tannery complex into a mixed-use, mixed-income, historic development in downtown Sheboygan, WI.  Your position will ensure our residents receive timely, high-quality, professional customer service.<\/p>\n

• Must have LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  As the Property Manager<\/strong>, you will be <\/strong>responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating the selling, buying, leasing, and governance activities of residential real estate properties.<\/p>\n

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Ensure property is leased at or above budgeted occupancy and rent levels based on owners’ guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Perform Marketing\/Outreach responsibilities to achieve the established goals<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement positive resident relations program for the community<\/li>\n
  • Schedule all contractors for turnovers and any other services needed. Inspect all work performed prior to approval for payment.<\/li>\n
  • Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income<\/li>\n
  • Ensure desired renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible. Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs<\/li>\n
  • Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the Company and federal or state agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Apartment Management: 2 years (Preferred)<\/li>\n
    • LITHC<\/li>\n
    • Apartment Leasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
