AMLI Residential has an opening for an IT Systems Engineer. This role is responsible for the administration and management of systems and infrastructure that enable the efficient deployment and maintenance of end-user computers, laptops, and devices. This role will work in a team environment to establish and follow standards and best practices. <\/p>\n

Duties Include:<\/p>\n

\n
• <\/strong>Manage and administer MECM\/SCCM and Microsoft Intune for deploying OS and software packages.<\/li>\n
• Utilize and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, AirWatch, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Exchange Online.<\/li>\n
• Maintain and manage end-user equipment standards. Manage hardware lifecycles. Set and adhere to hardware budgets.<\/li>\n
• Create, maintain, and optimize endpoint hardware operating system images and software packages.<\/li>\n
• Plan for and complete the system’s deployment for on-site projects such as newly built apartment communities, acquired apartment communities, and office renovations.<\/li>\n
• Serve as escalated support for the Helpdesk, providing advanced end-user support.<\/li>\n
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.<\/li>\n
• Communicate effectively and follow up with interdepartmental personnel to ensure timely resolution and completion of projects and support issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE: <\/strong>High School Diploma or GED required; BA\/BS degree in Information Technology preferred. Three plus years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, implementing, and maintaining IT Infrastructure systems, software, and equipment. Experience in multi-family real estate is a plus.<\/p>\n

  Knowledgeable regarding currently available technology solutions and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows. Possesses a deep understanding of Windows OS, MECM, or similar enterprise management software, hardware, and application dependencies. Working knowledge of AD, group policy, file and print sharing, DNS, Exchange, VMware vSphere, network management, hardware, and software.<\/p>\n

  TRAVEL:<\/strong> Must be flexible for travel associated with on-site installations – up to 25% travel required. Employees who are required to drive for work, whether for travel between job sites, out-of-town travel, and\/or to run errands on behalf of AMLI, must have valid driver’s licenses and carry appropriate state-required insurance.<\/p>\n
