• Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections<\/li>\n
• Stand up, greet, qualify and “close” prospects<\/li>\n
• Verify application and process paperwork<\/li>\n
• Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box)<\/li>\n
• Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service<\/li>\n
• Demonstrate community and apartment\/model and apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits<\/li>\n
• Answer phones<\/li>\n
• Take work orders<\/li>\n
