This is an excellent opportunity to learn staffing in an apprentice environment. Our Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates, and guiding them through our interview and onboarding process.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will assist our Staffing Directors with:<\/p>\n

\n
• Administrative tasks related to identifying candidates including sorting, selection, and collecting resumes\/profiles<\/li>\n
• Scheduling video, telephone, and in-person interviews<\/li>\n
• Screening candidates by phone<\/li>\n
• Evaluating resumes<\/li>\n
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms<\/li>\n
• Performing research as directed<\/li>\n
• Creating candidate offers and onboarding<\/li>\n
• Assist Staffing Directors with new job placements and timesheet collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  • Experienced with web-based research including social media<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organization skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and leverage relationships in a business setting<\/li>\n
