We are actively interviewing for a Multifamily Housing Analyst<\/em><\/strong> role join our Franktown, CO corporate team. <\/span>This position works directly with an Asset Manager on existing and possible future multifamily properties. Responsibilities include those related to property and portfolio operations, marketing, finance\/accounting, refinance analysis, and acquisitions. They discuss findings with employees at all levels in the organization, such as property\/regional managers, the accounting department, legal department, marketing department, analysts and asset managers.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role is located at our home office in Franktown, CO and may travel to Monarch properties nationwide 40%-70% of the time.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
Analyze multifamily property operations for inefficiencies and report findings<\/li>\n
Analyze property financials for abnormalities and trends<\/li>\n
Analyze rent roll and other income reports and report on<\/li>\n
Provide financial\/operating\/rental market data analysis to support operations and identify opportunities to maximize value<\/li>\n
Identify and analyze the major risks affecting an investment opportunity<\/li>\n
Develop procedures that can be used to internally audit procedure adherence across the portfolio<\/li>\n
Evaluate current and future portfolio venders to ensure Monarch is getting the best value<\/li>\n
Report on and monitor capital projects, may directly oversee them<\/li>\n
Assist in the due diligence of Underwriting models for potential new acquisitions<\/li>\n
Verify and scrutinizing due diligence documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management or related field<\/li>\n
1-3 years job and\/or internship experience in a related field<\/li>\n
Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills<\/li>\n
Intermediate to Advanced skills in data analysis and Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n
