The Receptionist is a member of the on-site C&W team delivering exceptional customer service at our client locations.Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greets and directs employees and visitors that come into the building.
- Enter work orders on behalf of employees and visitors if issues arise.
- Visitor Management; making sure correct passes are in place and are authorized to enter.
- Fire panel monitoring; if trouble or alarm signals, contact Maintenance or Facility Manager.
- Will have access to monitor CCTV as necessary.
- Handle additional projects as assigned. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issue.
- Other duties as directed by management
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one-year office service experience.
- Previous receptionist, or administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
