THE CROWD: Brand & Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are working with an established architecture and interior design studio that specialises in luxury residential and commercial. They are now looking for a collaborative Brand and Marketing Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be play a key part in the team, bringing forward ideas and developing the company’s brand strategy and overall presence and visibility. The role will report directly to the Partners and collaborate with the Graphic Designer in creating engaging marketing content to help further drive the business.

In addition to European trips, staff events, and great benefits, this is an opportunity for you to work in a friendly and supportive work environment and have an impact on a company’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic response to branding, marketing, and business development.
  • Manage the company’s social media channels and the website
  • Organize digital and print-ready marketing material, press releases and press/media relations
  • Ensure marketing materials are updated following the practice’s brand guidelines
  • Pinpoint possible awards and help prepare submissions
  • Support architects and interior designers with presentations and pitches
  • Manage PR content and image library while organising photoshoots with related preparation
  • Actively engage in all marketing processes for the company

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in working in a similar position ideally in an architectural environment
  • Keen interest in the design sector/built environment
  • A keen eye for detail with strong graphics skills
  • Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop with WordPress being an advantage
  • Good press contact portfolio
  • Team player and collaborative in your approach
